Policies: • For all prices shown, add tax and gratuity • Grauity is $70.00 minimum per server or 18% of the bill Whichever is greater (one server for every 30 guests) • $40.00 room fee added for any private party • $25.00 linen fee will apply if linen requested • Rooms are booked for 4 hours (extra fee for more time) • Bartender fee (if requested) is $60.00 • Cake Cutting is done at no extra charge • Deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation • Food is consumed on premises - take home bard is not allowed • Fox's Restaurant is not responsible for any lost personal items • All parties require a minimum guarantee at the time of booking • All prices subject to change withougt notice • It is the customer's responsibility to review all contract info
